With links to ports, rail and road, our intermodal precincts will provide warehousing and rail opportunities across Australia’s east coast.

We welcome all expressions of interest or queries about opportunities to be involved.

Intermodal precincts are large, complex infrastructure projects. As a result, they often take several years to design and construct. Typically, some parts of a precinct will become fully operational while other parts are still under construction.

A good example of this is Moorebank Intermodal Precinct in Sydney where the IMEX Terminal and some warehousing is already operational, with the Interstate Terminal and other warehouses still under construction.
