Senior Cost Manager

We have an exciting full-time permanent opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager based in the Melbourne CBD office. Reporting to the Head of Cost, Estimating & Reporting, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of cost control activities across major government-led infrastructure projects. Specifically, your focus will be on the preparation, monitoring, and management of the National Intermodal Project cost plan. This role will ensure the project costs are accurately controlled, forecasted, and that budgets are adhered to in alignment with the Annual Corporate Plan set by shareholders.

Executive and Office Support Assistant

We are looking for a highly organised individual with the ability to support senior leadership and adapt to a changing environment. This role requires on-site support at our Sydney CBD office.

The role of the Executive and Office Support Assistant is to provide executive administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and to manage a set of accountabilities that contribute to the efficient operation of the Sydney Office.

The Executive and Office Support Assistant will report into the CFO and requires the incumbent to be a true team player and proactive and energetic. An essential element of this position requires discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels internally and externally.
